Life as we know it.

"Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future." - John F Kennedy.

It is a known fact that Life, as we know it is never guaranteed. Yet, some people take it for granted.
Life goes on, people come people go. Situations turn overhead. One moment you're sad, next you're happy.
But we never know what the future holds.
The ones living in the past are going to regret it for the rest of their lives. Those who live in the present might miss out on the opportunities in the future, but those who live in the future will gain experience and happiness through it. Yes, there i said it.

While a person is living in the future, he not only thinks of him being a greater personality but also of a bright tomorrow, that person knows the value of dreaming, dreaming big. Yes, he might fail at a certain stage, but then he knows the value of dreaming. Yes, he might fall down trying to reach the heights, but he knows the value of being on the top. That's life.

Struggle, Pain, Relief and belief is what makes life a memorable journey.

Here's an example; As youngsters, we are provided with all the luxuries our parents can afford, yet we take them for granted. But, once we are all grown up, we realize the struggle and pain our parents went through was a lot to bear.

What we don't understand is that one day, we all have to let go of everything we've achieved.

Life as we know it will reach a dead-end someday.

Cheers.

  1. In that one image, it should say "what you have to lose" and not "what you have to loose". Loose is a completely different word from lose.

  2. Well written as always.

Hopefully we all realise that life is fleeting and we should learn to appreciate it.
